one of my most popular boards. made using different species of woods (walnut, cherry, sapele, and white oak) in a brick pattern with a maple “mortar.”

Care Instructions:
Do not immerse or soak in water.
Hand wash only.
Dry on its feet (not propped up on the side) so air can circulate around the entire board.
Oil when board looks “dry” using food grade mineral oil or equivalent.
